Hello i had a question about a cutting cycle, Im 22 iv been training for 7 years and i think iv reached my potential with just lifting and diet, so my question is what would a good cycle be to get my body fat as low as possible while keeping my muscle mass, my Body fat is already around 12 to 14% but i need to cut as much weight as i can as fast as i can, this would be my first cycle and im totaly clueless when it comes to this stuff so any help would be much apreciated.
