form prop to Enth in same cycle..

Question.. im on prop/eq right now, say i did the prop for 8 weeks then wanted to do test E for another 8 weeks, so 16 total with eq done all 16 weeks, on that 8th week when i switch to test Enth, would it work straight away because of the prop in my system, or will it take a few weeks to kick in ?
