I have a bunch of 50mg tabs I just take one, well I used to, per day to "jump-start" my cycle. I'd just take the whole damn thing IMO but have heard of "results" on doses as small as 10 mg....Orals are harsh and Dbol makes you hold more water but dose is up to you. Take 1 capsule before bed each night IMHO that way you will have the AAS hitting receptors in your bloodstream while you sleep, which is when your repairing the most tissue anyways. BTW believe half-life of Dbol is 6hrs.....Good Luck
