I am 29 with 2 kids I weigh 108 height 5'4 does anyone have any suggestions as far as bulking and cuts? I work out, drink Whey, getting ready to start N.O. Explode or maybe N.O. Shotgun I am not sure which one I should try. I really want to get where I want to be fast and then just maintain. I am not sure how to do it. Thanks. M.D.
