age 31 weight 220 hgt 5'9" been working out heavy for the last year 6 months 3 days a week, last 6 months 6 days a week, different muscle group every day one day off. diet pretty much in check other than occassional cheat days. i have been doing cardio5 days a week untill shin splint. getting ready to start cardio back up in the am, 5 days a week. i have been reading up on different cycles and even posted a couple of times, i know everyone says run test only first, i have been reading up on pct as well.
question why do i need to take clomid for pct if you recomend taking nolva and l dex throughout cycle, aren't the clomid and nolva pretty much the same. also could sust 250 be a choice for a first cycle or am i pushing it. also i am planning a cycle of test enan 500 a week for 10 weeks i can get a 20ml bottle will this be enough i heard you waste some everytime you spike it and can i take 500 in one shot or should i definitly take 250 mon and 250 thurs thanks for the help there is just to many choices and to many opinions on here not sure what to do thanks
