Why is benedryl recommended inbetween Clen cycles, it is so that b2 receptors can be refreshed correct?

It upregulates the receptor sites that become downregulated by the clen.
^^beta2 receptors. bbut yup, that is correct
hence, makes the clen more effective correct? Last time I used Clen, I was up to 2mcg's and didnt really feel anything!!Originally Posted by powerlifter

2mcgs??? think that was a typo. anyway, you won't have receptor downgrade for about 2-3 weeks, so that wasn't the issue. it doesn't make it more effective, it just allows you to take it for longer. if you were taking a fairly hefty dose and didn't feel anything, chances are what you had was simply bunk.Originally Posted by SVTMuscle
by the way, it's diphenhydramine hcl that you're looking for, NOT benadryl. benadryl has it in it, but unless you want to pay over 5x as much as you could for a generic brand with the same ingredient, might want to get the diphen instead. can be found in many sleep-aid medications along with several allergy meds. people just won't let the stupid "benadryl" recommendation die.
I recommened a search http://forums.steroid.com/search.php?searchid=3512423Originally Posted by SVTMuscle
I've, along with others I know, have taken 200mcg and not felt anything but we all saw amazing fat loss.. Although we didn't stay at that dose for too long.
