Help female cut?

My ol lady is going to start training with me. She is concerned with cutting down (isnt every female?!). She probably needs to shed 10-15 pounds. She already has a great diet and cardio is getting there. Any supplements and/or other non over the counter products you may suggest to help her achieve this goal?

Test helps us males trim up pretty fast and effectively (it does for me at least). Anything equivalent you may suggest for a female?

Some type of otc appetite supressant is about the only thing I would recommend for her situation.

Help her improve her cardio and weight training ruitines.

Cardio in the AM on an empty stomach works the best for me.

Or you can suggest to her, to create a account here. Then she can research what products may be right for her goals.
