Question on HCG and cycle critique

I have taken your advice guys and tried to do as much research as possible on this site....there is a ton of info on here, just takes some time to get through it all and put it all together. I have just started my first cycle, borrowing bits and pieces from some great sources here. The only thing I seem to be unsure about is hcg therapy. Can I get some help please! Thanks in advance. And if there is any adjustment or advice you have about my cycle, please let me know, i really appreciate all of your great input.

Cycle:
Test Enan 5oomg/wk for 10 weeks
Nolvadex 10mg ED for 12 weeks during cycle
Arimidex .25mg ED for 12 weeks during cycle

PCT starting two weeks after last Test Enan injection
Day 1: 300mg Clomid, 20 mg Nolva, .25mg Arimidex
Day 2 - 30: 100 mg Clomid, 20 mg Nolva, .25 mg Arimidex
Day 31 - 37: 20 mg Nolva, .25 mg Arimidex

I would save the nolva for PCT. I use hCG starting around the middle of the cycle at a low dose (250 iu 2-3x week) and continue until PCT. There are however many different opinions on how best to use hcg.

Don't take arimidex post cycle because it will drive estrogen levels down too low. Arimidex is an aromatase inhibitor i.e. it inhibits the aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for transforming testosterone into estrogen. Post cycle, testosterone levels are low and thus you do not have to be concerned with aromatization.
Ideally, HCG should be taken throughout your cycle, starting from day one and ending just before PCT, since HCG itself is suppressive. A dose of 300iu eod has been found to maintain normal i.e. pre-cycle levels of ITT (intratesticular testosterone).
Both nolvadex and clomid should always be tapered off to avoid estrogen rebound. You should taper right down to 5mg/day or less.

You may want to kickstart ur cycle w/ dbol (30mg) ed for 3-4wks... Test e only will takes at least 3 wks to see its effect...
