    Tired on clen?

    I just started my cycle of LiquidClen....I took 40mcg first day, 60mcg second day (today). I find Im really quite tired and almost lazy when on it. Like last night, I slept a good 10 hours and took my dose of clen today and got tired as hell a couple hours after I took it. Even now, Ive been awake 12 hours at this point and Im fallin asleep. When Im up and about doing whatever, I feel ok, but when I sit down and relax, I get sleepy as hell. I havent been able to take my temp yet to test effectiveness, but I do have the shakes, slight headache today and pretty bad cramp in my shoulder yesterday. Anyone else get this effect? Seems completely ass backwards to me.

    Its common to get tired on clen especially when you are taking too much of it or taking your last dose too close to your workout time...

    split up your dose to 3 doses a day and make sure you take your last dose no later than 5 pm(assuming you work out at 7 pm-ish)...if you still find yourself tired, cut back on your overal dosage...but at 60mcg that is already on the low side so maybe tough it out until you get used to it

    get some taurine pronto...clen has a penchant for depleting your taurine supply and may be responsible for the cramps and lethargy you feel

    from my past observations, clen is like caffeine..on most people it will make them more active/alert/intense for a small percentage it works just the opposite...thats why some people dont do clen at all..well that and the pressure it puts on your heart...

    Well, my schedule is a little less than normal usually. I usually wake up some time around noonish and Im awake till some time in the early morning (2-3am). I assumed taking my dose all at once would provide the energy, and at only 60mcg, I also assumed that was defenitely not too much. Im gonna take my 80 today and see what happens. I did pick up some taurine with it, but I figured I would only take it on gym days since the likelyhood of a cramp occuring while sitting on my couch is low, lol. But if you think that taurine could help rid me of lethargy, Ill try it. As far taking it too close to gym time, yesterday was an off day and I was tired all day...sooo i dunno. Ill keep experementing with splitting the doses, taking it all at once, and higher doses and see what happens. Thanks for the reply.

    Well, I took my 80mcg of clen today. All in one shot after I woke up. Got the shakes like whoa, some new cramping at the gym but nothing a couple g's of taurine didnt fix. But Im still tired. Im gonna try my best to get a thermometer to take my temp before and after my dose. Im gonna up my dose to 100 tomorrow and try 60mcg in the morning (actually afternoon for me, haha) and 40mcg in the evening and see how that goes. Dont see how its gonna matter for tiredness though since I was tired on 60mcg yesterday. Anyone think goin up to 100mcg is a bad idea? Should I wait to get a temp. reading and stick with 80mcg before I start squirtin tons of this shit?

    Also, anyone think/know if its a bad idea if I have a Redline RTD before cardio when on clen? Since the clen is makin me kinda tired, I could use a little more energy for my cardio. It does have taurine in it.

    I've never been tired like that with clen. It normally makes me very hyper, and created insomnia. I have a hard time sleeping.

    When taking benadryl + clen though, I'm very tired. It really makes me very lethargic.

    Yea, thats why Im totally confused. All I read about is people not being able to sleep and being "wired". Ive read that people think clen will give them the same type of energy as ECA when it doesnt. But I didnt expect to be fuggin sleepy. I dunno. We'll see how it goes.

    im taking 150mcg clen in a.m. i use a multivitamin 1 when iget up 1 when i go to bed this my 4th wk on clen i used an antihistamine for 7 days on my 3rd wk.i have no cramping and i sleep fine my hands shake like crazy in the morning but i think the lrg d&d coffee is adding to that.i started at 50mcg wk1 ,wk2 100mcg,wk3 150mcg ,i got the 200mcg tabs,im losing on avg 1/2 lb a day without dieting i do am cardio on sat and sundy only during the wk every other day after workout .im only wired in the morning into the afternoon after that i feel a bit tired .this is my 1st time on clen ,and im thinking about adding t3 as i want to get my body fat way down.

    When I take clen with Diphenhydramine (Benadryl in the US) it makes me really sleepy the next day!!




    Some people experience tiredness when on Clen, sometimes due to low blood sugar levels because they're not adjusting their diet correctly for the Clen!!

    agree about the benadryl..
    Apart from supping with Taurine (which I reccomend) how would you alter your diet while running clen Jay?

    On the spot here.....

    With the clen causing you to burn up lots of carbs, I altered my diet to include low GI carbs and to completely avoid high GI carbs except for pre/post workout for boosted energy and recovery levels.

    I also meant it in the sense that I believe you should eat little very often, helping to keep energy levels more constant.

    Clen burns carbs spefically? News to me.
    I think most ppl should be following those parameters in there diet anyway if they are serious about training.

    Not specifically but unless you're on a low-carb diet, carbs are the fuel of choice for your body.

    It's the same for an athletic runner in some ways, they burn tonnes of carbs. The only diffirence is they run to burn it, we just take chemicals!!

    Even when on a low carb diet, Clen still gives me bundles of energy.

    Thanks for all the info...Im on day 5 now at 100mcg. I took the dose all at once shortly after waking up and Im shaking like a leaf. On day 4 I took 100mcg split up into 60 and 40mcg doses about 4 hours apart and didnt feel it quite like this. Im thinking this is an effective dose for me. Got a headache, shaking like hell and feel quite warm. Also supping with taurine (took 1.5g today and feel ok) and taking a multi vitamin twice daily. Things seem to be goin good. Im just glad Im not immune to clen like some people appear to be. Hate to dump $60 bucks on delicious fruit flavored water, lol.

    That exactly how I feel when im on clen, wired and trouble sleeping.

    I feel the same way as you. i was watching tv yesterday afternoon and feel asleep after 10 minutes. I always have a headache and feel so sleepy I don't even have the energy to workout. My dose is only at 40 right now, i'm afraid to increase it. I don't want to be more tired or have a worse headache. Plus I couldn't find taurine anywhere (finally got some today at GNC) so i've had terrible muscle cramps lately. I drank some creatine because it has some taurine in it, it only helped a little though.

    Im up to 100mcg now and I find Im not really tired anymore. Could be just a low dose at first I guess. Weird, but seems to be the case for me. 100mcg a day and Im pretty bouncy. Got some headaches but nothing terrible. Im taking taurine with it at 1.5g a day right now. It all depends how Im feeling as to how much I take. Drinking plenty of water too and it seems to help. If you can handle the headaches and cramps, I would keep upping the dose by 20 each day till you cant handle it or feel like its effective. My shaking, headaches and slight cramping indicates to me that 100mcg is good. So, like I said, Im not tired anymore at 100mcg, so Id keep upping your dose till you feel it.

    I just started clen again yesterday, only at 40mcgs today, and I am hyper as heck.

    No shaking yet, but definately felt it when doing my am cardio.
