Insomnia

One week into my cycle and having major sleep problems , taking decca,winny,and boldoject. Is insomnia usually a side effect of these or all steroids?I just lay in bed for hours and cannot fall asleep

Thank God you're not running tren.

Take some melatonin about an hour before you plan on going to sleep. 2-3mg should do it.

if the melatonin dosn't work try a couple a benedryls they work great for me.

Same prob w/ sleep here too - melatonin didnt do jack 4 me. Hadn't tried benadryl...............that's next.
