Allergic reaction

Last week,a friend of mine started a deca cycle. Up to this point he had only used Winstrol,and never had any problems.But after his 1st Deca injection,he had a bad allergic reaction(Like someone would get if they were stung by a bee and allergic) Is this very common,or is he a one in a million guy?

did the sit swell, turn red, raise in temp at site, sensative to the touch? Or was it a general reaction throughout his whole body (fever, temp. ect.)
