depends whats in them. could be sterile oil, could be real gear, could be unsterile gear, could be unsterile oil. Worst case scenario - horrible abscess, blood poisoning, death!

Worst case: Bad infection.
In between: You just bought expensive oil. (Or cut to be super-weak)

that's really scary. there are some bad people out there who only care about taking your money
