i'd go the accutane route if it gets real bad during cycle or in PCT... i'm not a fan of doctors who put patients on antibiotics and such for months at a time.. sure it will fix the acne but for prolonged periods of time they do alot more harm than good (candida overgrowth etc)

Pantothenic acid is a miracle worker for me. I used to have a lot of acne, but I took 5g per day for 3 weeks, then maintain it with 2g per day and I haven't had a problem since, regardless of what supps or any other stuff I'm on.

Tanning works good, no lotions though. Your goal is to dry out your skin.

I know someone who swears by this method. But, doesn't it dry your skin out a lot so it looks kind of unhealthy? (That is how their skin looks!)

My skin hasn't been too bad but my lips have been a lot more chapped than normal. I might cut back a little and see how it goes.
