Question - BF and exercise before a cycle

I'm a newbie, so go easy on me guys.

I'm thinking of doing my first cycle in a few months. Right now, I'm contemplating whether I should lower by bf a bit or maintain and when on the cycle it will go down 'cause of AS effects. Right now, I'm about 15% bf.

My nutrition is in check. Over the holidays, I relaxed it a bit, but getting back on track.

Ultimately, I would like to be around 10% bf.

    Thanks.

Well, why not just make it your goal to get down to 10% (naturally) and once you reach that goal than start thinking about your first cycle. That should give you some time to reevalute your training techniques and diet (not saying that there's anything wrong with them, but there's a ton of info out there that can be learned). Meanwhile, just read up. I'm doing the same thing, but my goal is to hit 200lbs than start gearing up. I have about 5lbs to go.

Well, for one thing, dropping down to 10% bf takes time. I'm sure I will drop 1 or 2% before I go on my cycle. I just don't want to drop too much weight too quickly as you loose muscle as well.

I don't think I would want to drop as low as 10% naturally, as I think I would lose too much LBM. Plus, when you're over 30, things become more difficult.
