I remember someone suggesting taking taurine to help with muscle cramps, but I dont know where to find it. Is it available at a regular drug store? I just increased my dose today and the cramps are awful

Should be available at any drug store, it is just a supplement. You also can get it from arr.

Clen depleats your taurine. 2 grams a day with lots of water is a starting poing you may need more.

taurine will really help with the cramps. so will lots of water.

Use potassium also . That definitely helped me.

Listen to MartyMcFly potassium will help alot i would just eat bananas but a supplement would be good also.
Also i hope you are taking in mass amounts of H20.Sometimes you don't realize how much you are loosing over the day.

I went to alot of drug stores and pharmacies, none had it, you can get it at GNC but its a low amount at our gnc something like 50mg per pill and i didnt feel like taking 20 pills, id get it from ar-r, bt you can get a no sugar energy like Joker for the few days until, you get it from ar-r because it has 1000mg of taurine in them I took them for 5 days until I got it from ar-r.
