1 last fina question

I made this vial and there is a large amount of sediment at the bottom when it sedles. should I shake it up before I take it?

Did you filter it ?

I filtered about 1/2 and the other half just wouldn't go through either the coffie filter or the syringe filter.

Bro you need to do a sterile filter before you inject that stuff. Heat the mixture slightly to make filtering easier. The coffee filter IS NOT A STERILE FILTER.

Even after filtering, many experience a small amount of thick goo that settles at the bottom of the vial. What concerns me is you call yours "sediment"...couple that with the fact that you didn't properly filter, and I'd say to you -

Why would you even ask such a question if you didn't follow the proper steps?

To answer YOUR question, do not shoot until you PROPERLY filter. Period.
