    Newbie Ready for First Cycle

    Man with all the rules I've been worried about pissing somebody off. Anyway here it goes. I'm 35 5'10 215lbs. I got my gear from a friend who has since disappeared. Reading these posts for a while a came across PCT. I was unaware of this and I don't know how to get Nolvadex, Clomid etc. I will keep reading the threads I'm sure the information is out there.

    Also is playing hockey while on a cycle a good idea or should I wait until off season.

    Once again I'm new so be gentle.

    You have a lot to learn, the best advice I can give you is to research the profiles section, training section and diet sectin here. Once you have a great diet laid out and a solid training routine that has been working for you, you may consider a simple testosterone cycle of 300-500mg a week for 12-13 weeks.

    I wouldn't consider using steroids if you are new to lifting either BTW.

    What are you trying to get out of using them ?

    I guess I probably should have given more info. I have been training for around ten years and have bulked up around 40lbs on diet and supplements alone. I want to get stronger and bigger. Like I said I have a cycle planned out(Dianabol,Nandrolone,Test-en). Getting great diet tips from this site, just unsure of PCT. But any tips anyone can give me will help and will be appreciated Thanks

    Look up nolvadex/clomid/HCG PCT, those are what you should use.
