simple question

I have researched the proped dose of vitex while taking fina. All I come up with is posts saying that you need to take so many grams. My pills are 250 mg's. I will be running fina at 150 e0d or 100 ed. How many of these pills daily to be safe (estimate). I am running test at 1000mg week and eq at 1200 a week. for 8 weeks, on 4th week now, will finish up with eq and winny 8-2 or weeks 8-16. clomid and nolva are on hand.

Please advise on the vitex, as I really liked the fina, I had to stop because of a gyno delima. soon as I stoped the fina it went away.

Ok, I the thread byt shredder stating that I would need bromo for fina induced gyno. What is everybody paying for bromo out there, this is a subsdtance I have never bought before, so I wanted to get some insight before I busted my wallet out.

I read on another bb forum these two guys take 1500mgs a day of vitex. One guy said he splits his dose up. The other said he did his all at once. Hope that helped?
