quality of chewable medicine source?

Yo, Got a few questions about sources (dont worry i wont post exact site). Since vets dont seem to be answering my PM's, one guy did tho.

theres this one site, i(chewable medicine).org
and then theres this other site "A" store.

They both are from the same city. And i heard A is a selective scammer and i have heard he isnt from diff people. Both sites have the same format AND they both r like send $$$ to same city so, something is fishy. They are the cheapest site ive found, but as the saying goes, u get what u pay for. I dont know whether to go with chewable medicine or not. Most sites do not accept credit cards but the ones that do usually only accept Visa. I was looking for site that accepts Mastercard. If you guys could help me out on the quality of product and legitimacy of chewable medicine, it would be dope.
