    Help Please a newie

    hey guys after doing some research for a while i decided to juice up i aint after much of a size i am currently

    145lbs
    5'9 height

    i was reading and i think running a cycle of the following should get me the desired size i am after

    30mg/dbol
    50mg/winny oral (to keep my gains from dbol)
    300ml/andriol (to balance my test from winny)

    what you guys think. my aim is mass as i am fairly cut i eat a heap 6 times a day but i am one of those hard gainer guys.

    Hard gainer or not, I would put on more poundage FIRST

    Dude, after reading your thread I can see you have done NO RESEARCH.
    Winny helps keep gains from Dbol? Really????

    I agree with Apex, you should try and put on more weight with what you eat not how many times you eat. Supplements could be helpful as well. How long is your cycle going to be? Not sure why you are using the winny for a bulking cycle. My suggestion is do somemore research on diet and get your lifting program in order so you can gain more mass when you do decide to start.     my diet porogram is as follows but some reason i dont know i am just not putting on anything i do use supps.

    max protein+ carbs
    cell tech creatine
    pvl arginine

    I just posted this topic according to the reaseach i have made you guys are the pro's i only need some mass my aim is to gain another 40lbs on top to make myself 165-170lbs. i cant use injectable as these customs guys in australia sure do cause problems i am really keen on using d/bol as it shows results immediately but because its water based i want to be able to kep my gains i read in a thread one of the users used winny to keep gains thats how i came up with this.

    Bro,I'm not going to flame you cause obviously you dont have a clue to whats going on...You need to eat,eat and eat again...Food happens to be the most anabolic substance on earth!!!...also do more research and then do some more research...post the thread in which you saw where someone kept his gains with winstrol!!!...cause that biggest pile of horse sh*t ive ever heard.

    i would be better off taking test cyp with d/bol and nolva. only thing i am worried about is that the test cyp will shut down my bodys own test production. would it completely shut it down or is it a temporary thing??

    Like every other person here I agree that you are not even close to being ready for steroid use. You will be very disapointed if you do a cycle....without propper diet and training you will lose every pound you gain.

    Post your exact workout and diet in detail and we will help you gain muscle naturally.

    Back the truck up mate! The most important part of cycling is to know how your body reacts with each compound. Not knowing if natural test will return is a bad sign you are shooting in the dark on this one. Any gains you get will be gone quick. What is bf% at your height and weight. When I am cutting I am around 9% at 165. (I'm 5'9" as well) if you are soooo lean you can't bulk. I hate to rain on your parade like the others, but gear is not a one man band. It rely's heavily on you and your body.

    You are WAY to skinny for aas. Your cycle sucks too.

    Seriously, you need to train naturally and build up a better base. Remember a house is only as good as it's foundation. And 145lbs is not much of a foundation.

    Check out the diet section, specifically the "how to bulk" sticky.

    You need to train naturally, and when you have built up a proper base, research a proper cycle. Your proposed cycle is very liver toxic, and makes no sence.

    Years ago I thought I was a "hard gainer." I ate 6 meals a day too, but when I finally started counting calories I realized I wasn't getting nearly enough. Try counting calories, not just the number of meals per day and you might find that you're not getting as many as you think.

    ok i will go with your word as you guys are the pros here i wont even consider taking aas until i gain abit more weight. my daily meal plan goes as follows

    7am - creatine shake and 4 arginine tablets

    8am-9am - workout

    9:30am - breakfast 2 bowls of cereal (nutri-grain), 2 slices of toast wholegrain bread, 2 eggs 4 pvl arginine tablets

    11am - maxxs potein shake with low fat milk

    12-12:30pm - 2 muesli bars and some nuts and dried fruit (walnuts, almonds)

    1:30pm - lunch usually i have pasta/rice with chicken or fish (dnt like steak)

    usually have some fresh fruit inbetween

    4pm - protein shake

    6pm dinner - roast chicken, with potatoes, peas, corn and rice

    8pm - i have another protein shake and go bed

    and for some reason i stil dont put on weight its driving me insane
