Anti Es Decrease Effectivness?

I have heard that taking an Anti-Estrogen during a cycle (i am going to do Decca, Sust, and Winny) can reduce the effectivness of the cycle. The anti-e I was going to use are antistrosals. Any thoughts? Some have told me the anti-e fights the effectivness others say that they just stop the bloat. Any more thoughts would be appreciated.

A little estrogen is good for muscle growth... So taking one of the stronger anti-e's would probably "fight the effectiveness" as you say just a bit, but I rather not gain as much as I would have, then have estrogen related sides such as bitch tits.... I think nolva is fine, letro is for the more prone but do what works for you cuz everybody is different.

So that means if your using LiquiDex from Lion then you would need 100 pumps according to this chart?

If 1ml=1mg than taking .1 is 1/10. SO if you want to take .25mg of l dex than you would take 2 and 1/2 sprays which equals .25mg... Then, .5mg would be 5 sprays. Now, im not good at math either but i think this is what it says.

It seems more research is needed before embarking on any cycle.

Letro works great for gyno. Are you gyno prone? If so, then it might be a good idea to have some letro on hand.
