    eq/prop eod no real results yet...

    im on prop 100mg 1.5 mls eod, eq 300mg 1ml eod,

    i started December 16th its now jan 1st, everyone says i look alot bigger, i feel a little bit stronger but i have lost 2 pounds what is going on ???

    I physicall look more defined and bigger but i have no weight gain at all yet, i been eating big lifting as hard as possible! its my 3rd cycle im 25 225lbs 8% body fat been lifting 9 years straight.

    i know prop works fast but does it still take a month start seeing weight gain?

    your not going to see huge weight gains from prop eq.

    With a real good diet you should get 10. Key is going to be diet. Prop weight gains will come on in like 3 weeks.

    Really? I though you were supposed to see results in like 5 days? Or is that sus?

    It starts to work in 5-7 days. You get some water bloat and pumps but no huge gains.

    It's not like you grow over night.

    today i ate 2 stakes, 3 cytogainer shakes 54grams of protien per shake., lots of oatmeal, lots of turkey and potatoes, 1 gallon of water, 2 chicken breats, 3 cans of tuna, 8 oz of pork. Theres more i just cant remeber it all, im not going for the body builder phsyic just the Mariusz Pudzianowski big powerful look !

    I have no scale here.. im probably 225 at this moment. i was 222 in the morning at my gym.

    Yeah but why are you looking at the scale? If you're losing fat mass and gaining muscle during the cycle your weight won't go up but that doesn't mean the cycle is ineffective.

    Eq/prop should give me size gains, prop isnt a weak steroid.

    Im use to gaining more i sapose form previous cycles.. such as t400/decca.

    i should have used dbol to start this eq/prop cycle..

    yes, but what bajan is saying is since the fat has gone down, you aren't upping the poundages.

    same thing has happened to me. weight gain stopped but comments from people came flooding in. without even trying the fat has dropped. i have stayed the same weight but i look heaps bigger and thicker. it has balanced itself out. i know how u feel. i felt the same for a while. just accept it that you're getting bigger in the mirror and not on the scale

    If your losing fat and gaining muscle then they scale will depend on that ratio...if your looking and feeling bigger then there is no problem. Why do you care what the scale says if your trying to achieve a physical look?

    test does have a small impact on fat loss. some more than others. i am one of the "more" people. i know it was the test cos i kept upping the calories, and kept looking bigger but the scale didn't move

    I would keep track of your waist measurement. I like to measure mine in the morning right after I get up. That will tell you if youre losing fat or not. It sounds like youre not taking in enough calories if you are looking to gain weight. Once you up your calories you will gain weight of course, its guaranteed. Only thing is, much of it might end up being fat if you increase your cals too fast.

    900mg eq to every 300mg test, prolly not gonna hit big weight gains with that, IMO. i use prop/eq, with winny at end for my cutting cycles, as do most i'm sure, but yeah, diet is key too. i'd do at least 200mg/eod of the prop, maybe same or lil less with the eq. JMO

    Good call alpha male. I was going to say that 300mg EOD is 1200mgs a week of EQ? And 400mgs of prop. You need the prop at 600 to 700mgs per week. I believe that 1200 of EQ is overkill

    Eq = wast of money if you ask me. But some love it other hate it. 12mg eg is a bit high

    i just want to smash past that loss of fat and muscle gain to where it evens out. And get past that stage to where the eq/prop is adding on the pounds of muscle more than losing the weight at the same ratio, if i up the prop my 3cc Pin cant hold it all that means ill have to do multiple shots in one day to get it all in me!!

    if my prop is 100mg per ml should i do 3ml needle full? then do a 1cc shot of eq seperate right after? sound kinda rough..

    Ok ill just do 2cc's of my prop eod, and drop the eq to 1cc

    Eq= 200mg per ml prop = 100mg per ml

    see if some weight gain happens! my tris are getting big! ill weigh again tommorrow.
