How much test cyp/enanth at once?

How much test cypionate/enanthate should i inject most at once ? Is it OK to inject 500 mg once per week ? I read on some posts injecting it twice a week (2x250mg) and i just do not see the reason to do that.

I'm not an expert, but from the research I have seen it looks like once every 5 days would give a pretty stable level. Just another option.
