    Oasis New Company

    They have changed there company name and are no longer Oasis. I phoned the owner on Wednesday was told by the owner my order would arrive on Friday. Then I was informed of all there improvements and how all will be good. It's now Tuesday no order all I hear is double talk. My question if you were me would you cancel your credit card transaction. Has anyone gotten there orders from Oasis recently???? Thanks

    There was a thread posted by Rockbottom about oasis reliability. It was nuked because Oasis said it has worked out there problems and the service will be good again. I got several stories today. From todays stories I don't think I will see my order period. I started the process in getting a credit on my card.

    They are a sponsor. I understand in the past they had decent service. I have had great luck with Lion's service one of the other site sponsors!

    I just called OASIS and all their phone was busy. Go Figure!

    I deleted my Oasis posts. I don't want to be associated with

    a firm that has a cash flow problem or is shut down by Feds.

    You can contact them with numerous calls. When you do talk to somebody they usually tell you it's on the way.

    will they give a tracker? i just ordered a week and a half ago? is anyone still getting thier shipments?

    They won't give tracking numbers. My last few correspondences were it's the pharmacies fault. The recent one was they were looking over my file for problems. That is why I posted I'm trying to see if anyone else is getting there orders.

    I just called the pharmacy. They do not have an order for me. They told me to call Oasis.

    Here is the scoop on Oasis...

    They had some employees try to create their own business. The owners of the company relied on the employees to do a good job and to make sure the customers were being taken care of. Since this issue, Oasis has RE-STAFFED and is fighting HARD to get the SHIT STORM cleared up that was caused by the mis-doing of their employees.

    I can give you my word on this one thing:

    "Oasis WILL be better than ever before. The system that is in place now is MUCH better and will be better for our members"

    Oasis is NOT using the same pharmacey out of California! They are using a new company out of Florida.

    Everything is fine now. If your order is being delayed... please be patient and give them a few days to get the hundreds of orders that were FAWKED up by the OLD Staff members of Oasis.

    First off There are alot of Xmass gifts still in the mail system. Second this is not the right way to go about this. If you have problem with a sponser contact a mod or the admin.

    wJClinton only has 21 posts probably isn't a good judge of time tables. Not every business has same day shipping like AR-R
