cardio, felt like i was going to pass out
this might be a stupid question, but will a higher RBC count put my body in more jepoardy when doing cardio? I played basketball today, and my shins hurt a pain i've never felt before and i felt like i was going to pass out.
the only good part was some guy said, what the **** are you doin here, you should be a linebacker...haha! I am growing.

if your shins hurt you might have shin splints and fvck they hurt

Might be shin splints.
A higher RBC count, can actaully benefit cardio endurance.
