    I was reading the newbie pac and all, but I didnt really get anywhere to start. Basically what I am looking for is to lose some body fat % aswell as gain some muscle (as well as everyone else, I know). I am 17, so I don't even know if this is where I should be, but it was suggested that I come here. I was also recommended halodrol-50 and phera phlex. I'm not sure where to start or what I should get. Im just looking for some answers.

    please post your stats, how is your diet. 17 is a little young to mess with AAS. first of all you should work on your diet and when all that is in line id look into anavar

    learn to eat. check out the diet section and stay away from all those prohormones i took them when i was ur age and they fvcked me up. ur only 17 u got time. diet is EVRYTHING. ur prolly gonna get banned but jus lerk around the diet section u'll learn all u need to know man

    17 is way too young for steroid use!!! 21 or older and IMO 25+ to make sure the endocrine system is fully developed.

    Post your exact training routine and diet so we can see what you are doing now and offer any advice if needed.

    So, would Creatine be okay at my age? I used to take it and noticed a significant difference.

    Creatine, protein, etc. are great supps for your age. I would certainly suggest waiting a few years for the gear and focus on diet and training for now. Research all you can from this board and work your arse off until then. Your body is not even close to the natural peak you will see in a few years. Save the gear until you hit the wall and it will help you the most then.

    Don't ever take any one person's advice with a cycle if you choose to do one. Research the board and study up before jumping off into gear based upon what others think is good.

    Yes, creatine is fine. You can check out the suppliment section, there are products that can be safely taken at your age, but aas is not one of them

    FOOD,...clean food,no sodas,no junk food.....how is your work out program ???? any cardio ??? Yes,you are in the correct place but aas is not the only thing that you are going to find here,go to the diet,supplement,work out sections,you can get so much info here that can realy help you...
