Need help first time..
Hi all. I am looking into doing steroids for the first time, and I'd like some advice.
First a little about myself: I am 27, 6'4, 375 lbs. I have worked out for about 10 years, but the past year I have done very little working out. I was up to about 425 bench and ~550 squat with only taking creatine and protein shakes back in my peak about 18 months ago (I weighed about 320 then and wasn't ripped, but I wasn't fat by any means. I could get down to 275 and have a 6 pack I think if I was in the shape I was in at that time)
I've been working out lightly for the past few weeks, and I'm looking to get help getting back on track. I'm looking for a fat burner #1 (clenbuterol ?) but also I'd like something to help me pick up strength gains quicker to get me back where I was or beyond.
Keep in mind I'm only looking to do this for a relatively short period of time (1 cycle?), I want to gain muscle of course, but I never had a big problem gaining that pretty quickly without steroids. I'm mostly looking for fat burner, but I do also want a head start getting back to my old self in the strength department.
Any suggestions as to what I should do? I have done some research here but there are so many different things, and alot of them dont give specific details about how they interact with eachother, and negative effects, etc.
Thanks in advance! I'll check in regularly to answer any questions in case I missed any vital info. Please give as much detail as you can in your responses as to what I should take and why.

Honestly bro, if you can gain pretty quickly natty then i wouldnt use any kind of AAS. Just get back in the grove of things, get your diet and training spot on again, and your set to go again.
It just needs some hard work and dedication, IMO if one can gain easily naturally than there is no need for AAS usage.

I'd definitely like to use something to help me with weight loss. I was thinking of adding something to help me not lose too much muscle/strength while I am losing the weight up front, and if possible to even help me gain strength at the same time.. but at the very least, to help me keep what I have left and not lose the strength/muscle gains I make while losing the weight in the first place.
It seems like clenbuterol is the best fat burner, would that be a good place to start? When I'm training I eat every 3 hours about 400 calories, and I drink a protein shake after working out as well.. It is more of a weight loss / training diet. I had good success with losing weight and keeping muscle, but it is very slow to lose the weight. I'm afraid if I cut back more on the calories I won't be able to gain/keep muscle that I build.
I am pretty old school about this, I use the same diet plan and stuff as I did 5-8 years ago, so if there is a different diet plan that would go along with taking clenbuterol + some kind of steroid for muscle retention/some growth I'd be open to hearing any suggestions about that as well. Thanks in advance, and thank you guys for the replies so far.

My main concerns are losing weight, and a little help in gaining back strength.
My main fears are of course, gynocemastia and hair loss.
I am already taking propecia because everyone in my family is bald, and I don't want to be.. so I am hoping that if I take something, the propecia will still be able to hold out combating my genetics + the steroids . Anyone have any experience with this? I can get rogaine as well to take during my cycle, that wouldn't be a problem.
I think primobolan or masteron are the best options as they dont aromatize to cause the estrogen related problems, and my propecia should counteract the hair loss.
It seems primobolin would be more towards fat loss and masteron more towards muscle gain? Can someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

Bro hit 6 hrs a week of cardio and get your diet right... Your strength will come back. Just pump heavy IRON. At your size all you need to do is get your body fat down.

I think the reason I have waited this long to get back into it is that I don't want to start over from scratch. I think I'm going to go with masteron I think for 1 cycle just to give me a head start.
I'm not really sure why everyone is trying to dissuade me from doing this, really no one should be taking them unless they are a competitive body builder or are under a doctors orders.. I'm really looking for advice on them and how and what to expect more than people telling me not to

I think the reason most don't recommend starting with AAS is that you should maximize your gains naturally.
The saying goes, if you can't loose weight naturally, don't look into drugs for assistance as what you lose will be gained back once you stop using the drugs.
Using AAS shouldn't be taken lightly. These are drugs and there are always health risks associated with use.
The equation is simple, have your diet in order, cardio, weight training, and rest. Calculated you caloric needs and make sure you have negative calorie intake and you will be losing weight. Intially the weight loss will be/should be fairly quick. I would be aiming for under 2 lbs/week. In 10 weeks, that's 20 lbs.
Even if using AAS, you can't lose too much to quickly as it's unhealthy.
