    Just started Clen and T3. Having Problems

    Tonight I took 40mcg of clen and 40mcg of t3

    today at the gym my left wrist which had been hurting slightly before was just killing me doing ez-bar curls.. any ideas?? and NO i didnt take any taurine

    Im 6'4" 205

    Running prop @ 100mg ed
    winny 50mg ed

    You may have injured your wrist, and the workout made the injury worse.

    T3 shouldn't have anything to do with it. The clen dosage was pretty low, shouldn't have major cramping at only 40mcgs.

    kinda what I was thinking!. I wonder what the F is up with me.. I dont do any heavy enuff lifting to injur a freaking wrist!? Think my wrist straps could be irratating my wrist??

    Could be. I don't like wearing wrist-straps.

    Always use calk instead.

    jump on the taurine and potassiun throw in some Branch Chain aminos and make sure you get enough water. Got it now it will take 3-6 weeks to recover from a wrist injury. Everyone won't wait and it will just get worse.

    you can finish your cycle, just look at it as an opportunity to really hit those legs and abs..
