hey guys, i am 6'2 225 at 10 percent body fat and going on a cruise on march 3rd. i am thinking of starting an 8 weight cycle of Test twice a week at 250 equaling 500mg of test per week, with 400mg of eq per week. i was wondering what you thought, i wanna put on no more than 8-10 lbs and i know i must control this through my diet and having low glycemic carbs lots of water and plenty of cardio, what are your thoughts and do you think i will get the results i want in this time frame? any other suggestions? any good abs routines? i wanna get the division to split my abs from and differentiate the right abs from the left abs. i have a 6 pack but loooking for more definition thanks guys!!!
