Deca injection frequency?

Yo,

Im bout to do 400 mg/week Deca and same dosage test for 10 weeks.
Im doin test cyp so injections twice a week.

I was wondering should i do injection of Deca all at once or twice a week (ie on days of test injection)? If once a week, should i do on day of 1st test injection of week?

I did my test/deca twice a week. Mon morn and Thurs night. Also if you have the gear for it I would run deca 10 weeks and test 12 weeks or preferably 12 weeks of deca and 14 of test. Just to make recovering easier I would run the test a lil bit longer.

are we talkin nandrolone decanoate or nandrolone phenylpropionate.

if its not the fast acting deca then once a week is good.

When I ran my test c and deca I injected them both in the same syringe twice a week. Once on monday then again on thursday, worked great for me. I agree with what was said above about running the test for 12 weeks. Oh and if its in your budget then I would advise you to run the test at 500 and deca at 400 just to be on the safe side. GL bro!

NPP can keep stable levels up to 4 days post injection so actually a it can be injected Mon/Fri...It does NOT have to be shot ED or EOD
