how much water
HOW MUCH WATER ARE YOU GUYS DRINKING DURING YOUR WORKOUTS? SOME OF MY FRIENDS DRINK A WHOLE GALLON WHILE OTHERS HAVE LIKE 8 OUNCES. CURIOUS TO KNOW WHAT IS EXPECTED OR IF IT SHOULD BE MEASURED.

drink as you feel thirsty. too much water at once can throw your body out of whack. you can get water intoxication and actually do some serious damage...

I just drink a large auqufina bottle and that seems to be enough for me.
I can't stand the taste of the fountain!

I Feel Like Lately Im Gettin Bloated While Im Training..im Drinking A Gatorade To Start And When Thats Donem, I Fill It Up With Water...so Roughly 16 Ounces

i wouldnt limit it, but you will know how much is enough. the more you sweat, the more you need. chugging a gallon is not good for you, but drinking a lot over the course of a long, sweaty workout wont hurt you. your thirst should be a good indicator...

I typically fill up a 32 oz gatorade bottle and get a good gulp after every set. Some days I fill it back up and drink more than that, some I dont quite finish it. I dont think it really matters as long as you aren't dehydrating.

Personally I cant drink that much during a workout or ill feel sick and like i need to throw up. I drink about 8-12oz of water and thats it. Anymore than that is no good for my body. Just drink as much as your mind tells you to, you will know when to stop.

I usually drink between 6-7 liters of water per day and 2 of them usually being during my workout. But, it just depends on how im feeling during that workout. If the gym is hotter than normal i might drink more. Usually about 1 and 1/2 liters during a workout. Just drink when thirsty...Dont try to guzzle a ton a lift; take small sips after each couple sets and it adds up. But, I know if I lift at night and drink alot, ill be gettin up from bed to piss every 30 min.
