    Decrease body fat

    i am currently at a 9 or 10 percent body fat. i do cardio 2-3 times a week for a half hour on a treadmill at about 7 miles per hour, any tips of how to get myself down to about 6 in a eight week period, i am 225, 6'2 and going on a test and eq cycle.
