    Thumbs up What are the benefits of doing a small 8 week testosteron cycle

    Please bare with me here i am coming back from a back injury, and wanna know if a testosteron cycle say 250ML per week would have any positive effect on strenghening my back muscles and rapid recuperation.

    I am new to steroids has well.

    Stats are 5 feet 10 and 220 pounds, bodyfat might be 20% right now i am 34.

    That would also be my first cycle, since i did 2 cycles in 1999 but the steroids where fakes.

    Another goal would be to lose some bodyfat, i have my diet i gear and eating very well right now, i lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks, by doing eliptical machine an hour a day.

    IMO. if your back from injury id wait til ur fully fit then do a 12 wk cycle

    Ok but is 250ML a week enought to produce effect? i dont wanna go crazy with dosage.

    I plan to do the cycle around May 2007, so i will have time to train naturally til that time

    im assuming your talking about either Test E or Cyp, so you only need to inject twice a week....if so you might want to reconsider doing only 8 weeks....as both of these forms of test wont really kick in until about week 6

    Yes Test Enhentate would be my choice. 8 weeks at 250ML would be enought?

    no...you should run it for at least 10 weeks, preferably 12, because like i said, it might just be starting to fully kick in at week 8

    12 Weeks
    Test Enanthate @ 400mg/week split into 2 shots a week of 200mg

    but you still have alot of training ahead of you before i recommend you start...not to mention research on AI's, PCT, etc

    Bro,250 IMO wouldnt be enuff...500mgs taken twice a week in spit doses meaning 250mgs at a time...you can run it for 10 weeks...My advise would be to lose some body fat first...cause of estrogen issues..bring it down to about 15% or less.

    I'm not a fan for short burst cycles unless you're already in great shape.

    If you're coming back from an injury and you insist on doing a cylce, I would go with 250mg of any Test compound for 12-16 weeks.

    No need to add in extra or cycle your juice...just take basic test and run it at 250mg for a longer duration and you'll have great results.

    6-8 week cycles, IMO, should only be for those attempting a competition or those that cycle regularly and are already in great condition.

    I dont see the point in running a long ester like this for such a short peroid. USe it optimally for 10+ weeks or not at all. Unless its a short burst cycle with massive doses, which it isnt, its a total waste IMHO.

    Will only cause shutdown and minimal gains.

    Anyway...IMHO, you need to get your bf % under 12-15 before cycling at all.

    High does doesn't equal high gains.

    If he's bouncing back from an injury the low dose + long ester will help keep side effects minimal while still keeping the body in an anabolic state.

    A short and high dosage cycle is a mistake for someone coming back into the game.

    Yeah every one warned me about cycling and being over weight. I just got off a 10 week test E and deca cycle and I am currently at 20% BF. I did have noticeable gains and my strength went way way up but I did not get to see the full extent of my gains do to the high BF%. I would reccomend cutting down a bit before tackling the aas. You will like the gains better trully. Take it from me I did not listen to everyone and now I am telling you the same thing they told me. Unless your just going for strength I would wait. Good luck and be smart about it.

    To each their own. I've been in the game for awhile now and I can atest for my own experiences.

    I've ran huge cycles and low dose ones and I can say from my experiences, I've felt the best on low dose longer cycles.

    Bloating was minimal, low/no acne, no hair loss problems, kept a lot more of my gains.

    No major health issues either.

    Thanks everyone great advise, yeah i will cut down the bodyfat for sure, and maybe wait a bit before doing a cycle.

    Also i will go with a 10-12 week cycle at 500MG a week split in two.

    After all what sense would it make to gain fat over fat.

    Eliptical machine here i come, try to keep this at an hour a day like my chiro told me and get that damn gut size down couple inches.

    I actually did cyp for 13 weeks at a theraputic dose of 250mg ew for a back injury. I suffered chronic pain and was a little over wieght with osteoporosus. It worked, my back muscles are noticeably larger, bone density is now normal. I put an inch on my arms, thighs and my calves bulged and lost body fat as well. I even watched my bodys V shape return as I was a pot belly. I held onto it too after P.C.T. That was my first cycle though. I wish I did double that but couldn't train very hard just resistence excercises. I worked withtin my pain threshold until the pain whent away. I did keep carbs down quite a bit and hammered protien. I also did cardio, walked 1/2 hour a day. Good Luck Mate, I hope it works out for you too. Keep us posted.

    Those who don't see gains in 8 week cycles must have shitty genetics lol.

    "waste" lol thats funny....I guess working out for years naturally is just a waste of time also........

    Of course someone on there first cycle will see gains in 8 weeks. I would recommend upping the dose to 400mgs aswell as running for 8+ weeks for better gains...Even though good gains can come from shorter use.

    I did 9 weeks (ran out of test somehow) of test e at 250mg a week and kick started with superdrol and I made impressive gains. It was my first cycle.
