Biggest gains from a cycle?
what is the most youve ever gained from 1 cycle?
gains= lean body mass (lbm)
what compound(s) did you use?
what was the duration of your cycle?
was diet in check?
training on point?
what was your pre/post physique like?
how many previous cycles?
how old?
hopefully i can get a good idea of what worked best for you guys

my first cycle i put on 25 lbs kept 18, used omnadren 250, @ 250mg/week for ten weeks, this was my first cycle, lifted weight 4x/week cardio 3 days/week this was my first cycle at 21 yrs old,
the first few weeks my eating was out of control i ate 400 grams protein/day but i didnt watch my carbs or fats at all, that last six weeks i got my diet on point and by the end of the cycle i had put on 25 lbs. and could clearly see my abs. i was very pleased with this cycle. The only side effects i experienced were acne that lasted for about a month after the cycle ended.

my biggest gains (and i've done alot of cycles and don't recommend these doses to anyone) came from test prop at 2.5grams/week and tren a at 1.5 grams per week. Put on about 45 lbs and kept about 30.

test cyp 250 mg/ml
33 years old 1st cycle ever
12 weeks started at 1ml every5 days for 5 weeks then up to 1 1/2ml every 4 days
split was day 1 shoulders
day2 biceps/back
day3 chest
day4 legs
day 5 off
went from 176lbs with some fat to 200lbs of lean muscle
been trying to keep up with 4\5000 calories a day with lots of protien
will be starting pct with clomid next week
i wish i would have found this site to research before i started ,cause i did not know nothing before .it has been a real life saver lot of great info here!!!!

Just finished putting on 22 pounds in 5 weeks on a short heavy cycle, best ive done in that time frame. Some of that of course is water and fat weight. Will have to see how pct treats me.

Solid gains. I'd say 15-18lbs. Lost it all to pneumonia though!
