    Newbie...1st Time!

    Sup Guys, Just wanted to post this to see if I could get some feed back from the pros around..!!!! 1st time, the main goal to get shreaded and only put on around 10 pounds of muscle..

    8 weeks cycle..

    1-5 Deca 250mg a week
    1-8 winstrol pyramid
    1-8 Primobolan pyramid
    1-10 clen 60-80mg daily 2 weeks on-2 weeks off

    Pct
    3 Weeks Clomid

    1st week - 100mg day
    2-3 50mg day

    Also, My nipples are a little puffy, I don't know if it's gyno or if it's just fat..Something I can do????

    I'm no pro (I'm not even a guy). But I would do something (anti-e's) AND FAST about the nipples. It sounds like beginning signs of gyno to me.

    Well if your female I guess you don't have to worry about gyno. Maybe your breast will get bigger, I don't know. But you have way too many compounds in there.

    scrap the deca for test e or sustanon, My Dr told me 1600mg of vitamin E per day will help with Gyno, How far into your cycle are you?

    No, the first poster is a male, the second a female.

    Yes, too many compounds. Keep it simple, test is one of the best things first time around. Research PCT a bit more too as it doesn't look like much either.

    When posting, you should also post your stats and any relevant info.

    Deca takes about 5 weeks to kick in, so your stopping it before it has a chance to do anything. First cycle, stick with test.

    I'm 23, About 175lbs, 5'9...maybe 17% BF...
    4 years in the gym, Just have a hard time loosing Fat!!!

    So you think steroids will take off the fat for you?
    They aren't magic.

    If you want to cut fat, start a strict diet and cardio routine and be CONSISTENT..that is the key. Eating good for 3 days out of the week is not good enough.

    I looked at that cycle at a web site...and day had a cutting cycle, which was the win/Primo/Clen...Day didn't day anything about pct..But I put in the clomid..I guess that's not enough... Clomid/nolvax??

    And I added Deca only for a boost!!!

    your first cycle ..cutting or not should be

    1-12 weeks TEST-E 500 mg a week

    thats my opinion.

    and thats obviously injected

    Got u...I usually do 30 min cardio 5 days a week and about 1hr to 1:30 lifting..!!! I really follow a strict diet... 6 meals a day, no sugar..selected carbs and little fat!!

    as said above...

    deca = deca dick ..with no test..so thats problem 1

    problem 2 is deca doesnt kick in for 5-6 weeks (generally)

    so its all a waste of money and health

    keep your compounds for your next cycle...dont just take them to take them.


    get some quality test. and run that...keep your strict diet and train hardcore. you will shred fat..I have no doubt about that. Test a lone can shred fat..

    you can use clen with that if you want. (clen is a cutting agent with anti catabolic traits)

    try 45min-1 hour cardio. When I do 30 mins of cardio I really don't notice fat loss. Upwards of 45 mins is where its at, at least for me. Try that for awhile and see if that helps. 1hr -1hr30mins seems like too long to be in the gym. Im usually outta there 45-55mins

    You mentioned that you are looking at a cutting cyle. Not much there to cut, unless you want to be 140lbs. Just a guess...

    If you were 220, 14-15% bodyfat, then I can see you do a cutting cycle. Does not make much sense to me.

    I would suggest to take your time. Don't try to rush. Myself, the past 6 months, I have been eating, sleeping, and shitting reasearch - exercise, nutrition , and lately AAS. Research is one thing, you have to follow through with what you read. Have exercise and nutrition in check and then might think of doing a cycle.

    I haven't done a cycle myself, will do one probably in 3 months or so.

    this will be your biggest problem, find quality stuff. I guarantee that. I studied steroids more than 4 years before doing my 1st cycle.

    My first cycle consisted of

    1-12 test 500 mg
    1-10 deca 300 mg
    1-4 dbol 30 mg ed

    with pct as well

    that was my first, but I was fully developed 12 years of natural bodybuilding at 220lbs 8% (could not get any better naturally - unless I wanted to drop more fat, which even my 8% didnt seem to have any on me still had )

    Everyone wants the easy way out, that is why all these drugs got banned in the first place. I bet steroids have been abused in 8 out of 10 people. The educated individuals make up the other 2 people (2 out of 10) (when used correctly can be so beneficial)

    Another thing to add. You are only 23, so you metabolism should/still is really good. You should have no problem dropping some bf once your nutrition and exercise is in place.

    Once you get over 30, then things start changing and I might understand how your might be looking for 'assistance' to give you that extra edge.

    There is a reason that the "Newbie starter pac" is the first thread you see on this board. You wouldn't believe all the good info posted there. I've been on here less than a month and I've already learned more than I did researching all other web sites over the last 6 months.

    YOu aren't eating right. Those numbers just don't add up tp someone eating right and working hard.. I am thinking you have small legs and arms and a beer belly. (no Offence)

    I am 5'10, 223-225lnb and about 15% And I am not huge at all. 48-50 coat size, 34x32 pants and only about 17" biceps.
