    Exclamation Clen cardio

Hi, do you guys have any idea what kind of cardio should be done on clen? I have heard that running can be too harsh since clen raises your heart rate so much, so what type of cardio / how long should be done? I appreciate any responses.

well partner take a look at your diet first to ensure that it is in check. After evauluating that and seeing that your not taking an easier route out use clen as a supplement to your cardio. Given you havea healthy heart you shouldnt have to worry about having a heart attack... Do this for effective fat loss..

Treadmill cardio 3.5 mph on a 3.5% grade for one hour every morning on an empty stomach...

yup..on average you will take a 500 calorie chunk out of your system at that rate..remember not to lean on the railing and walk with good form..increase spead if you can..the clen will keep your metabolism up there...after the morning cardio...possibly eggwhites and oats...oats are a great complex carb..remember you want those slow burning carbs to keep your system rolling..

I disagree and see what your asking.. Id try to keep your HR @ 130 (depending on your age) .. as we know to burn fat our target rate is lets say x and if you pass this range you start burning muscle.. Last night I was running (im on a clen cutter as well) and I was hitting 155+ heart rate.. so I just lowered parameters to get to my target heart rate

hope that helps answer your question

Oddly, Clen affects people differently with respect to cardio work, augmenting some hindering others. Find out how it affects your body and adjust accordingly.

I found it killed my cardio. I am never doing clen again. Sides were not worth the benefits. I think I am losing more weight off it as I am able to do my cardio more effectively.

Very true, I cannot run at all on clen. My heart rate is pounding when I walk fast. But for others it doesn't afect them.

IMO u can run but at a moderate speed, not too fast and for not too long...i'd say 20 minutes max a day, depending on body type

    It’s more complicated than that.
The fat burning zone is very specific, and can easily be over or under shot. It is a calculation based primarily on your age, and is diagramed on most new cardio machines (though you may have to do some simple math). But even the zone takes time to reach because you first need to burn ready fuel/calories prior to stored sources. This is located in the bloodstream, and housed in the liver as glycogen. Most experts place the time for burning this fuel at 25 – 35 minutes, before which time you have burned NO fat. This is why many do cardio after lifting (and scarcely before, not more than 25-30 minutes as more can affect strength).

So once the liver’s glycogen is used where does the extra non-stored fat energy come from? Good question, and you sort of answered it earlier. It comes indiscriminately from both fat and muscle. This is the reason most fast paced athletes like hoopers and sprinters had such little muscle. Notice I said "had" because this was before the advent of real lifting within these sports, and their use of gear. Why then is such activity not considered a fat burner? Because of its inefficiency compared to moderate cardio, which is highly efficient. The latter naturally preserves muscle, electing instead to pull from stored fat reserves. However, though it can be tapped for a time, the Law of Diminishing Returns eventually kicks in cutting off this reservoir because fat stores are actually for starvation protection (survival). At said point, muscle necessarily becomes more taxed. Such is the case for the women you see doing excessive cardio in a single session.

do you think the 3.5 and 3.5 in the afternoon, say 2hours after last p/f meal would yield same results?
