    Question Best advice?

    Hey Everyone,

    I am looking at getting bigger, I try and workout frequently and I am in pretty good shape. I am looking at getting bigger but not huge, and wanted to know what the best route was to go and what type of supplemnt would do the best for me?

    How is your diet? How much do you weigh? You should try to get a minimum of 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight per day. Check out the fitness/supplement forums. They have lots of info in there for you. A high quality whey protein supplement would be a good start if your diet is in check.
