    need help for new cycle. last cycle left me no gains.

    Hey guys

    help some help in choosing the right stuff to use for my 3rd cycle. I'm 5'8", 136lbs now.

    i had my 1st cycle, gain bout 20lbs. was using
    500mg(2x 1ml) of test e /week,
    40mg of Dbol /day
    for 12 weeks

    2nd cycle i gained minimum like 8lbs and kept almost none in the end. was using
    500mg(2x 1ml) Sustanon /week
    400mg(4x 1ml) Deca /week
    40mg of DBol /day
    for 12 weeks

    would anyone tell me what's wrong with my 2nd cycle? i want my 3rd cycle to work for me. any suggestion of what i can stack?

    DUDE. so many thing i could say but first, how old are you, yrs training, and whats you diet like?

    You didnt get much out of it because you dont eat enough. Hit the diet section and gain more weight natty before starting another cycle. IMO

    i am 24 this yr. i used to be only 110lbs..

    I agree with Roidy, what was your diet like and pct? how long you been training? stats?

    yeah man, you really need a hell of a lot of natural research before you go near the gear.

    head over to the diet forum. that'll be a start

    will learn more about diet now.. but why does my first cycle works but my 2nd cycle doesn't? i eat the same amount all along.

    Your diet is the first problem with you not gaining size, 3 meals a day is what the average man eats who doesnt work out, you need to go to the diet forum and check out bulking diets and build some base on your frame, you need to look at eating every 3 hours, trust me you get your diet right you will see a hugh difference. id stay away from AAS for the moment and concentrate on your food intake

    Ditto. You might also want to get some blood work done to see if everything is about normal.
