    How to inject?

    Does anyone know the proper way to inject into your tricep, or of any links that would explain?

    There is a site I cant thinof off hand..i thought it was Injection sites .com...one of the guys will know..

    That is the site however i would not due spot inj. they are not very good and not all too safe don't have to take my word for it neither just ask any doctor or go to that site with the lecture i will get back to you with that site.
