so ive been dieting for the last week and doing cardio way more often..im going to start taking clen in the next day or two and was wondering if there was anything legal or not that will assist in cuttin the fat...i had to stop working out for 8 months due to an injury and in the time kinda let go of myself...i was like 200-205 before...now im at like 220-225..i weighed in today at like 218 so i lost alittle but just wondering if there was anything else i can do without killing what muscle i have left...originally when i was 200 i wanted to get down to 180 so thats what im trying to get back down to
