1st cycle for buddy, what do u think???

Hey guys, a buddy of mine is gonna start his first cycle this month, buuuut i'm not sure of the dosage, can u help me out a bit. I have this steroid book and it has some beginners cycles with Test cyo @ 500/wk. IMO this is a bit overdosed, what do u think?

Thats wat everyone recommends as a beginners dose test e or c 400-500mgs twice a week and of course proper pct

Deca would be OK but if he gets sides he wont know if its from the Test or the Deca. He should see great gains on the Test alone, providing he has an excellent diet

thnx bro, he already has letro for the gyno, and he's never had acne in his LIFE, so i don't think pimples are gonna be a problem. Thnx again for the info!

Test should be 500mg/wk and Deca 400mg/week, and just because he has never had acne, I can tell you from experience that doesn't mean shit
