    oral timing

    is there a proper time to take orals, ie, before eating, after eating, before training, etc?

    You can take them when ever. you jusy need to know the half life of the compound. Some orals you take 2x day others 3x.

    Do you need to talk them food. No. Not unless there to harsh for you with out.
