How often to use Nizoral

Hey, I got some Nizoral 2%, the perscription stuff. And it say to use it once every 1 to 2 weeks, just wondered how often you guys use it, if you use it at all while on a cycle.

from what i have read,no more than twice a week it drys hair out.maybe try it once see how you tolorate it before you increase using it...i use 1% twice a week no problem
