I would use one needle and make sure the tops of the vials are swabbed with alcohol. Then change needle to inject
agreed, you dont want to inject with a very dull needle...where have you been by the way?Originally Posted by SMAN12B

I was on a week long cruise over New Years and just got back in town Friday....no internet unless I wanted to pay $.50/minute
If i catch my self inserting a pin into a vial over 2 times, its pretty much gone dull, i always swap heads at that point. I did it today with out swaping i felt like i was pusing a ink pin into me ouch..Originally Posted by SMAN12B
i knew to change the needle. i draw with a 19 gauge and shoot with a 23. i was jus wondering...i should also swab the needle too before goin into each vial just to be sure right.
i dont don't do that .. just the area of the skin..
Its not necessary to swab the needle since it is going into a sterile vial and you are swabbing the tops of the vial anyway so in a sense the needle passing through the swabbed stopper is applying alcohol to the needle as well, but if it makes you feel safer you can swab the needle with no harm done
thats cool, how was it?Originally Posted by SMAN12B
ouch...why didnt you swap?Originally Posted by Decoder
I swab all the vials like sman said but I inject with the same needle to.
If I would have got the correct package shipped to me I would switch the needle as well.
I've hit as many as 3 bottles before and injected w/ the same needle, hurts a little more though
So hitting two vials and then injecting is ok right? Thats what I have done in the past and I have never felt too much pain injecting.
It is actually better to not switch needles between vials (though always better to switch before injecting). If you switch needles between vials you need to be sure to draw air into the needle first, so you do not throw gear away with the pin. The same is true when you swap before injecting.
How much gear could be inside a pin?Originally Posted by vermin

good luck to you
