    muscle mass fast

    Hey everyone,
    I am new here to Steroid.com and could use some information from you all.
    heres the deal My girl loves guys with alot of muscle mass. Thus far I have been lifting like crazy and taking protiens for the last 6 months i have reached my max and i would still like to be bigger. is there anything that you would recommend to start out on that will give me huge muscle mass safe and fast?

    Post your diet and exercise routine in the proper forum. That will be a good start. Also post here your stats Height age weight etc. Also in 6 mo you could not have reached your max. I have been lifting a lot longer and haven't.

    Dump her right away if she is not happy with you fior who you are. Never!!!! never take any drug for a womans affections.

    I can't imagien you reaching your natural potential in 6 months "takeing proteins".

    Learn to eat more and better, as well as train in a manner that best suits your body specifically.

    She obviously into guys that are fully blown. She is shallow, selfish and just wants a physical (sexual) relatioship. Stay away

    I really appreciate all of the quick feedback. Thanks for looking out for me. I will admit that my eating habits are weak and could definetly be improved. anyone have any suggestions? I just haventt seen any noticeable gains in the last month and figured i was at my max. i have only been liiftiing heavily the last 6 months. I haved useed whey protiens and creatine along with viittamin B injections. I work out for 3 hours every day doing heavy lifting rotating upper an lower body every other day finishing of with a 4 mile run. Will my diet help me gain more mass? what other non drug products would you suggest i use first?

    Hey bro,Your nutrition is key when gaining muscle...3 hours a day in the gym is counter productive...Intensity is the key!!!..get in hit it hard and get out and grow.Remember you do your growing out of the gym...when you train you actually break down muscle...rest and nutrition will help you recover.Post your daily intake in the diet forum and we'll take a look at it...as far as your girl...Do what you want ...but me??..with a chick like that I'd just pork her!!!!

    That all makes sense, i get in the gym and i just dont want to stop. I never thought about over exercising. I am definetely going start going in their and gettiing the job done and getting out. I will try not running afterwards too. I will also have to post my intake in the diet forumn. It sounds good just to keep her around just to pork her while i get things done that i want to do. i have been using products from AR-R. has anyone used products from there?

    yeah lose the running now, and lift more intensely for a shorter lifting time. Be sure that you are doing heavy compound movements like deadlifts and squats. Do lots of research on diet and lifting routines. Much to be learned. There is noway you hit your genetic potential in 6 months. Ive been lifting for oever 20 years and dont feel like I needed any extra help, AAS, until about 8 years ago.

    If youre going to run at all, do it after so that you dont adversely affect your lifting intensity. If youre trying to add muscle then stop the cardio. You are just burning up those calories that you need to build muscle. Going to have to decide what your priorities are.

    sure whey is good but normal food is also great... IMO if u dont count PWO shake everything else is accomplishable by real food also.. the powders make like easier sometimes..
