I worknights in an ER and we get busy so I may only gt to eat every 3-4 hours. i take a crap load of protein, and the rec dose of creatine and NO. I do the preworkout drinks and the post. I take creatine and NO and about 25-30 g of protein about 45 mintues to an hour pre and a 50=60 g protein after. id say I get anywhere from 180 of protein to 250/day. i eat teh hell out of fish, chicken and steak and take protein shakes through out the days. I know for the most part what to do for diet but unsure of stacks. i already have sust 250 and wanna stack it with something.
