My goals: 10-20 lbs of solid muscle, Dont want a lot of water retention, 12-15 weeks time frame.

    i am 6 1 about 200lbs. bf i am sure is around 25%

experience: Not much with AS, but have a very good understanding and first hand knowledge of routines, just have not worked out in over a year or so until about a month ago.

I have sust and want something else to go along with it. i have heard deca is a good all around AS. a friend of mine used deca and test cyp with great results. I am not real big on orals. Any ideas guys. Ill work on posting a diet when i get some ideas on AS

A month back in the gym isn't enough to jump on any kind of aas imo

6'1" 200 is not 25% bf. I am 5'11" 210. I say go for it as long as blood
work is OK. Test and Deca is a great one. Just stop Deca about a month
before you stop test. You could front load with a little Anvar. Have
    fun..

sorry but I think that is terrible advice. You seriously think this guy should cycle when he has only been back training for a month? He doesn't even have a diet worked out yet!!
Maybe come back in a year and post this question. Check out the "things to consider" post in my sig.

im not sure if it is 25% bf. last time i checked it was a while back. maybe i should have clarified it. So its best to hold off on any AAS for a while? I have a diet worked out but with my schedule as a nurse I can't do what yall do. I worknights in an ER and we get busy so I may only gt to eat every 3-4 hours. i take a crap load of protein, and the rec dose of creatine and NO. I do the preworkout drinks and the post. I take creatine and NO and about 25-30 g of protein about 45 mintues to an hour pre and a 50=60 g protein after. id say I get anywhere from 180 of protein to 250/day. i eat teh hell out of fish, chicken and steak and take protein shakes through out the days. I know for the most part what to do for diet but unsure of stacks. i already have sust 250 and wanna stack it with something.

hmmmm. ok. Without getting flamed here why a solid year? my thinking is AAS help you achieve better and faster. What some one can do ina year w/o AAS is close to what someone can do with AAS in 3 months right? Isnt the goal of the AAS user to obtain results faster than the normal guy? I am just asking so i can bette understand the advice. thanks

Bro, you better set your mind straight.

Better? - You never get better gains than the ones you make naturally with proper training, diet and rest.
Faster - For sure you will grow faster on aas. But you will also loose your gains even faster if you don't have a base when you start.

As for the goal of the aas user, I think one should only jump into aas after he is sure that he has reached a plateau. Only then it makes sense to think about running any steroid . I did my first cycle after 10 years lifting. Started thinking about it after 7. But I guess a few months is all it takes these days.

I don't know what you mean when you say "normal guy", but I can assure most of the people in this forum is normal (I guess). We just love our sport and our bodies, and are willing to take the risk of running aas to take the most out of it, while being sensible and doing things properly (that's why we all spend hours doing research on everything that has to do not only with steroids but also dieting, tranning, etc...).

Be patient and try to build a base to work on. At least, as said before, give it a year.

If yo ulooked at me you would not think oh he is fat. The BF% was done off a scale that does it based off the info you put in not off the pinch. thanks for your input guys. Ill do the natural way and see what happens. It is good to see that this site is about safe use and gives good safe advice. Thanks

Hard to say, seems like he is being modest. Just seems 6 feet 200 lbs.
is not fat. Unless, he had never had a physical life style. If his blood
work is fine, and if he is strict about his diet, including supps, and
protien. Works out every single day on different groups, including
cardio. (you know my views on cardio). What does he have to loose?

I think some just got to get back on track. Your are right or I think you
inferred that exercise and diet come first. If so you are right. I think
that is 75% of the total picture.
