hey guys need a new spot,doin thighs and delts.never had any luck with glutes.working on a new tattoo on my left delt 1/4 sleeve so i cant stick it there want to try pecs. any advis for me guys?? thanks in advance!!

Why no luck with glutes? Sit on the tub and stick yourself in the ass. You can even lie on the bed and do it if you can't twist enough. (you should be able to twist though - work on flexibility!)

Pec shots? What is next? Neck shots? Calf shots? Good grief.

hey beast i checked out siteinjection.com for a general picture. i use a 23guage 1 inch for delts and quads this good for chest too? how are the nerves in the pecs cant find a diagram of nerves ect..... thanks!

Pecs make me nervous because all I think of is that scene from Pulp Fiction...

However, I modified a 1" pin to 5/8" and now stick both pecs. I can comfortably get 1cc in each side without any problems. The pain is about like what I get with delts: not much on the actual penetration and only mild soreness after the inj. I go about 1.5" above the nipple. Its very easy, you can use both hands, and like I said, relatively painless. Go for it. The worst part of it is mental.

Can't get 5/8" pins here and shipping is a bitch so I took the plastic guard/cover that comes with a syringe and cut the top off it so the only exposed part of the pin is 5/8" long. I filed the edges down so its not sharp then cleaned it with an alcohol pad inside and out. And it gets stored in a plastic bag with a q-tip soaked in bactine inserted inside it. Everytime I go to inject sites that need a 5/8" pin, I just carefully slip the cap over the pin and sink it in my flesh to the guard. Works like a charm and I've never had any infections or skin irritations despite ed and now twice a day injections.

Dude that sounds awful, the only reason you haven't been infected thus far is luck. You can mail order some pins, jeez!

You're right, I can. But when convoy's are as unreliable as they have been, are turned around at the border, or get hijacked, its not as easy as it may sound. Doing the best with what I have under the circumstances and being as sterile as possible. It ain't perfect but it works. Not trying to advertise this as an "approved method" so sorry if this has caused any issue.

Pecs are great. The first time I did em I was a bit nervous. That ended quickly. I use a one and a quarter inch pin but try to stay at an inch when I inject. I advice going to a website to look up proper injection location, but basically what I do every time is stab quick, hard, and get it in there, in the meatiest part of my pec. Works like a charm. First time I did it I went slow and that was just a little bit of a pain, not bad though. But go quick and hard. I've never had any problems with nerves or blood.

Pec injections are great. Folks who think about hitting anything near the heart have no realistic notions of human thoracic anatomy and just how short 1" actually is.

For me, it works best if I hang the arm on the side to be injected lax and at my side. You can use two hands, but there is less discomfort of you do not flex the muscles being injected. I go up from the nipple and then 1-2" out towards the shoulder. That to me seems like the "meatiest" part of the pecs.

Swipe with pad
Swipe gear vial

Load syringe change needles

Aim 2 inches abouve the nipple I like to do some push ups before i do it to harden the muscle so i know not to push in 2 deep

Aspirate if no blood slowly push in then massage

i did my first delt last week but i was nervous and shaky like a little girl! was pretty sore i think from moving around,but i didnt think about ive been getn my other delt worked on (tattoo) so its always scabby lately.i like quads but i start to hit a nerve every time i stick myself,so i think im gonna love delts and pecs! that abcess stuff scares the sh!!t out of me though!!!!

Steralize and abcess will not happen..You can also bake the gear but research on proper procedures..

So if you inject right delt dont inject same site till next week to prevent scar tissue and cellulitise

ive injected many times and usually i go in at an angle. I stick with Delts because of the fear of having a damaged nerve in my chest.
