what is recommended for a first time user?
i have been lifting for the past 2 years, i weigh 235 and bench around 330 max. I'm looking to start taking something. I heard of D-bol in liquid form, would this be a good starter, would someone give me some assistance please. I just want to beef up and get stronger without a complex stacking regime. Thanks

ur a big guy whats ur body fat %
a test-e cycle for 10-12 weeks is highly recommended for a first cycle wit a proper pct. do some research and look around the forum, lots of good info

Standard recommendations is to start with test e at 500mg a week for 12 weeks. I personally prefer even for a first cycle if you are going for size to add around 30mg of dvol in there for the first 6 weeks if you would like to. I see no harm in it and a lot of people love the gains dbol gives.

i'd second the dbol idea. i didn't see gains until the start of my fifth week (test e 500mg/w) and it was frustrating to say the least.
