Dbol... All in the Morning or Split up Dosage????
Hey Bros,
I'm running Dbol in my next cycle for 12 weeks as follows:
Weeks 1-8: 40mg/day
Weeks 9-12: 50mg/day
My question is, is there any benefit to splitting up my intake throughout the day, or can i just take it all at once in the morning with the same effect?
I originally wanted to get 10mg tabs, but looks like they're gonna be outta stock for a while, and I can get some 50mg tabs faster, but then got to deal with choppin them down. Let me know bros!

I think you'll get mixed opinions about this. But, in my opinion you should break it up throuhout the day keeping the test consistant and more stable. For example, if your taking 40mg per day maybe take 2 every 5 hrs. I personally am on dbol and take 2 at 6am, than 2 at 11, than 3 before I go to the gym at 4pm, and then 1 more around 8 but that just me. I know some people that like to take the entire dose about an hour before they go workout. Hope this helps.

Apart from the fact the oral only cycles are not good, I wouldnt want to hinder natural test production in the morning when levels are at the higherst so because of that I would say split it up during the day.
The whole oral vs injection is a totaly different discussion. I would read up on some of the educational threads if you havnt already.

no no i am not on orals only, dbol will supplement my test and deca , but turns out i can only get my hands on 50mg tabs, and whenever i cut pills, i end up losing some, and though it may be trivial amount, it pisses me off. so i'd rather pop the whole pill at once. maybe just once at day in the afternoon before workouts? any more opinions, i've seen countless studies, i want real world advice. thanks.

I personally take 1.5 hours before workout, that way I have maximum blood levels for workout and pwo window. Trying to maintain consistent blood levels with this drug is extremely difficult and unless you are experiencing terrible sides, pretty pointless.
I would also add that I take all orals with grapefruit juice. It is now a scientific fact that it aids absorbtion of meds into the body.

I take mine 4 times per day. Morning with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime.

shit, so the concensus is that i wouldn't be getting the best bang for my buck if i take the dbol all at once? damn i got to find a better pill cutter...

shit again, i confused the dbol with something else in my cycle. it's pretty complex, but the dbol will be run like this
Week 1-5: 50mg daily
Week 6-9: No orals
Week 10-15: 50 mg daily

Personally, I would take 1/2 the daily dose about an hour before workout and split the rest throughout the day.

Whenever I use dbol I usually run it at 40mg ed and just take 1 10mg tab every few hours. So 4 times a day, all split up.
