    time off inbetween 4 weekers

    what is a good time off between 4 weekers ,i am thinking maybe 4 weeks on 4 weeks off ..anyone??

    depends on what compounds you are using.
    if the compounds shut you down , then you will need to run full PCT of at least a month so therefore you would have to be "OFF' for two months minimum between cycles
